Every telephone call we make is pre-checked against the Telephone Preference Service and Corporate Telephone Preference Service files avoiding the risk of contacting a business or individual who has advised the Information Commissioner's Office that they do not wish to receive direct marketing calls. i.e. cold calls. So when we make calls on your behalf, we mitigate against the risk for you of a fine of up to £5000 for contacting a business or individual subscribed to these files. We also screen against the Fax Preference Service and all data will be screened before use.
